About these terms

These terms apply when you enrol in TheoryPass30™ or otherwise use the Ahmed Driving Academy website and learning platform. By enrolling, you confirm that you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to access the course. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

• Give accurate details when you enrol, and keep them up to date.
• Your enrolment is for you personally — please don't share your login with others.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

What your enrolment includes

TheoryPass30™ is a one-time payment of £29 and includes two years of access from the date you enrol.

• The complete TheoryPass30™ learning system and 30-day study roadmap.
• The full video learning library with multilingual explanations.
• Theory practice questions, hazard perception training, mock tests, and road sign revision tools.
• Your progress tracking dashboard.
• Access to the TheoryPass30™ support community.
• The bonus materials advertised at the time you enrol.

Acceptable use

The course materials are protected by copyright and are licensed to you for your own study only.

• Don't copy, record, resell or redistribute any part of the course.
• Don't attempt to bypass access restrictions or share your access with people who haven't enrolled.
• Be respectful to other learners and staff in the support community.

About the course content

Our lessons are designed to help you understand DVSA theory concepts and prepare with confidence. We keep the material under review, but the DVSA is the sole authority on the official theory test, and the official DVSA materials always take precedence.

The course is study support. It does not guarantee a particular result in your theory test — your outcome depends on your own preparation. Any pass-related promise we make is set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable tax. Payment is taken at the point of enrolment. Where a promotional price is advertised, it applies only while that promotion is running.

Cancellation and refunds

Our 14-day money-back guarantee and the conditions that apply to it are set out in full in our Refund & Return Policy.

Suspending or ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms — in particular the acceptable use rules above. If we do this for reasons outside of a breach by you, we will refund the unused portion of your access period.

Our liability

We provide the course with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you enrolled — including your result in an official theory test.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let enrolled learners know. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
