Ahmed Driving Academy helps international learners understand UK driving theory with confidence. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use TheoryPass30™ and our learning platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you enrol in TheoryPass30™ or create an account, we collect the details you give us directly so we can set up and run your course.
- Account details — your first and last name, email address and country.
- Billing details — your post code and the information needed to process your enrolment.
- Learning activity — lessons viewed, video watch progress, quiz and mock test results, and your progress through the 30-day roadmap.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email or through the TheoryPass30™ support community.
- Technical data — basic device and browser information, plus anonymous analytics about which pages you visit.
How we use your information
We use your data to deliver the course you signed up for and to keep improving it.
- Giving you access to the video library, practice questions, hazard perception training and mock tests.
- Tracking your progress so your dashboard reflects what you have completed and how ready you are for your theory test.
- Sending service messages about your enrolment, access period and any changes to the course.
- Responding to support requests.
- Understanding, in aggregate, how learners use the site so we can improve the learning system.
Legal basis for processing
Where UK GDPR applies, we process your personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the course you enrolled in), to meet our legal obligations, and — for analytics and service improvement — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving the academy.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate — for example payment processing, video hosting, email delivery and website analytics — and only to the extent required to provide those services. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning records for as long as your access period is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return to your account or request support. Where we no longer need your data, we delete it or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct anything inaccurate, delete your account, or restrict how we use your information. To make a request, email support@ahmeddrivingacademy.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure how the site is performing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the platform may not work correctly without them.
